Beverly Jean Dupraz
Aurora, South Dakota

Beverly Jean Dupraz was born on October 31, 1948 in Estelline, South Dakota the daughter of Eldon Gust and Mae Emma (Stroschein) Miller. She died on Thursday, June 1, 2006 at the Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls at the age of 57 after a long battle with cancer.

Beverly attended rural school in Fairview District #16 and was a graduate of the Estelline High School in 1966. She continued her education at Watertown Business University. After receiving her education she was employed at Austin and Hinderaker Law Firm in Watertown, SD. She was then employed at Sioux Valley Electric. Beverly was united in marriage to Charles Dupraz on May 9, 1971 in Brookings, SD. She was most recently employed at Daktronics in Brookings, SD.

She was a member of the Ascension Lutheran Church in Brookings, the Ladies Aid and the Extension Club. She enjoyed reading, gardening, yardwork, cooking and baking, visiting with family and friends and camping.

Beverly is survived by her husband Charles of Aurora, SD; her children Robert Dupraz of Sioux Falls, SD, Andy Dupraz of Aurora, SD and his friend Val Johnson of Rock Rapids, IA, Emily Dupraz and her friend Nicolas Cornell of Somerville, MA, her brother Donald Miller (Georgia) of Estelline, SD; sister Norma Jensen of Aurora, SD; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother-in-law Carl Jensen.
